      According to the Order of the State Committee on Property of the Republic of  Belarus  # 367 dated 12/29/2009 “INTEGRAL” Joint Stock Company has been established by means of reorganization of “Semiconductor Device Factory” Production Republican Unitary Enterprise with parallel affiliation of "INTEGRAL" Research and Production Corporation, “Transistor Factory” Production Republican Unitary Enterprise and “Kamerton Factory” Republican Unitary Production Enterprise.
     “INTEGRAL" JSC is the designer, manufacturer and the exporter of microelectronic components and electronic products.
      Quality Management Systems of affiliated companies of “INTEGRAL" Joint Stock Company (“Belmicrosystems” Scientific and Technical Center, “Semiconductor Device Factory”, "Transistor") during development and manufacture of ICs, semiconductor devices and LCDs are certificated for conformance to ISO 9001-2009 in the National System of the Republic of Belarus and for conformance to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 in the foreign certification organization TGA, Germany. Quality Management System of polysilicon wafer manufacture of "Kamerton" affiliated company meets the requirements of the National Standard ISO 9001:2001.
